Why the Kiddie Character Fest?
Two social workers, recognizing the profound impact of COVID-19 on children's well-being in their Southeast Queens, NYC community, decided in 2020 to create a space where kids could learn essential wellness skills while having fun and making new friends, while also offering resources and support for parents
